L’intento del progetto è di promuovere la mobilità sostenibile, nell’ottica di divenire un progetto pilota per lo sviluppo del cicloturismo nell’area del Mincio e delle colline moreniche.

L’attività si trova lungo la vecchia ferrovia Mantova-Peschiera, questo tratto è divenuto ciclo pedonale, è stato recuperato e valorizzato dalla Milò gestioni srl attraverso la realizzazione di una serie di totem informativi che ne raccontano la storia.

È stato realizzato un grande parcheggio ed un ampio plateatico per gustare i piatti preparati dalla cucina distribuito intorno al corpo di fabbrica principale in cui si trovano la zona bar e cucina.

A pochi passi si trova l’area attrezzata dedicata al ciclo-noleggio, alla ciclo-officina per biciclette ed e-bike, uno spazio verde di pertinenza di circa 6000 mq con parco giochi, area sportiva, area verde e area relax.
